We are a practice-partner model designed for PNW-based RDNs (and Washington-state CNs) who want to grow a sustainable, profitable private practice without the back-office burden that usually comes with it.

Founded by a dietitian who has built and scaled an insurance-based nutrition practice in the Pacific Northwest, someone who has lived the problem and created the solution.

Marlene Hillyer, RDN, CSP, CD, CLT
I've been in the trenches. I know firsthand how much energy the back office steals from the actual work of being a clinician. And honestly, I geek out on that part! Revenue cycle management, claim integrity, denial patterns, payer quirks. I've spent years mastering the details most RDs find exhausting, so our partners don't have to think about it.
Beyond Hazelnut, I lead the Insurance Credentialing and Billing for Dietitian Nutritionists Facebook group — a community of 7,000 dietitians and nutritionists navigating the business side of private practice.
